Can you narrow the gap between the ideal and reality? It's the matter many people want to solve. However, there is just so little people can answer the problem. Many of us cannot balance the relationship between ideal and reality.

Some are lost in their dreams and never want to live in reality. They really don't know what they want or not. Maybe, they really don't have an aim. Let alone a life's goal. Some don't know what they will do for they have so many goals of life. They haven't realized that "A man's life is limited". The rest ,a little of the whole people in this world, know what they want, what they should do. And they have a plan to make their dreams, or aims come true.

We can see the differences between these three groups of people. What's the difference?

The success can walk from ideal to reality. Everyone has his or her dreams. Everyone is a great thinker. Everyone is special. People in this world have their own responsibility to others .You need to know that If you want to realize you dreams, you need to help others to make their dreams come true. Win-win is the key to success. Even there is a big gap between your ideals and realities, there's a way to solve it and make your ideals into reality.

We should never give up our ideals. The process of struggling for our ideals is so meaningful to our lives. One of the key elements of life is striving to build our own lives. We need ideals because they can give us a direction to find our way to success. We also should not ignore the importance of knowing the reality of life. In our ideals, there may be just one person. But in the reality, we should interact with different people and deal with many different things in front of us. There is a real gap between your ideals and realities. Fortunately, we can do our best to narrow the gap. Although there is a long way to come to the place full of flowers and applause, we have the ability to try our best to get to them.

Needless to say, adults living in the same house may have very different eating habits as well. Healthful eating is also easier than ever now. When people cook, they use new fat substitutes and cooking sprays to cut fat and calories. This reduces the risk of heart disease and high cholesterol. Additionally, we can buy fruits and vegetable fresh, frozen or canned. They are easy to prepare, so many of us eat more of those nutritious items daily. A hundred years ago, you couldn’t imagine the process of taking some frozen fruit and ice from the freezer, adding some low-fat yogurt from a plastic cup and some juice from a can in the refrigerator, and whipping up a low-fat smoothie in the blender!

Our lifestyle is fast, but people still like good food. What new food preparation technology has given us is more choices. Today, we can prepare food that is more convenient, healthier, and of greater variety than ever before in history.

Stress is one of our biggest enemies. It affects our health, our personality, and our relationships with others. In order to get rid of stress. I first have to identify the cause. I have different antidotes to stress depending on the cause. The most common types of stress I face are with work, with friends, and with myself.

Work-related stress is the easiest to combat. I simply stop working for a while. If I find myself picking up the same piece of paper four times a day and never doing anything with it, I blame stress. The best thing to do is to do something else. Sometimes, I get up from my desk and go down the hall to talk to my colleagues, but I don’t talk about work related subjects. Other times, I will take a short walk around the block and get some fresh air. Work-related stress can be cured by getting away from the work.

Stress caused by friends is more difficult to cure. Often the cause is more complicated. My friends could have a personal problem that causes them and me both anxiety. Or my friends could be angry at me or vice versa. Here, the cure for stress is talking about the problem and being with my friends. Unlike work, you can’t walk away from your friends.

Stress I cause myself is also not so easy to get rid of. If I feel bothered by an exam or anxious about the future, there is very little for me to do. I just have to tell myself that I can only do my best and leave the rest up to fate.

It is important to try to lead a stress-free life. If you can avoid stress by walking away form it (like at work), talking through it (like with your friends) or facing it head on (like with yourself), your health, personality and relationships will benefit.

清明节是我国传统节日，也是最重要的纪念祖先和扫墓的日子。扫墓俗称上坟，纪念死者的一种活动。汉族和一些少数民族大多都是在清明节扫墓。扫墓时，人们要携带酒食果品、纸钱等物品到墓地，将食物供祭在亲人墓前，再将纸钱用火烧着，为坟墓培上新土，折几枝嫩绿的新枝插在坟上，然后磕头行礼祭拜，最后吃掉酒食回家。唐代诗人杜牧的诗《清明》：“清明时节雨纷纷，路上行人欲断魂。借问酒家何处有?牧童遥指杏花村。”写出了清明节的特殊气氛。

My favorite city is Zhuhai, because it is the most comfortable living place. The following reasons can support my view.

我最喜欢的城市是珠海，因为它是最舒适的居住的地方。以下理由可以支持我的观点。

Firstly, because of its good location, the weather is so excellent. For example, spring is sunny and breezy; summer is hot and rainy; autumn is cool and pleasant; winter is warm.

首先，由于其优越的地理位置，天气是非常好的。例如，春天总是充满阳光、微风拂煦；夏天炎热多雨；秋季凉爽宜人；冬天是温暖。

Secondly, Zhuhai is renowned for its natural beauty. When you are in Zhuhai, you can find green plants everywhere. They can offer us the fresh air. Especially in spring days, the trees are sprouting and the flowers are blooming. It must be a wonderful place where we can enjoy the birds and flowers.

其次，珠海以其自然美而著名。当你在珠海的时候，绿色植物是随处可见的。它们可以为我们提供新鲜的空气。特别是在春天的时候，树木发芽，花儿盛开。那肯定是一个看鸟赏花的好地方。

Thirdly, Zhuhai is near to the sea, so that we can have the happiest time at the seaside in summer days. It is said that the seaside is the most beautiful place in the world. While facing the sea, we can get a lot of refreshment; while facing the sea, we can relax ourselves; while facing the sea, we can broaden our vision; while facing the sea, we can embrace our nature.

第三，珠海离海很近，这样在夏日的时候我们就可以在海边过着最幸福的时光。听说，海边是世界上最美丽的地方。面朝大海，我们可以精神百倍；面朝大海，我们可以放松自己；面朝大海，我们可以开拓视野；面朝大海，我们可以拥抱自然。

What's more, there's a very big shopping mall in the downtown area. At that place, you can buy everything you want and everything you need. The prices are quite reasonable. So Zhuhai is also a heaven for the shoppers.

此外，在市中心还有一个非常大的购物中心。在那里，你可以买你想要的一切或者你所需要的一切。价格是相当合理的。所以珠海也是购物天堂。

Last but not least, Zhuhai is very close to Macao. If you are at the seaside in Zhuhai, you can also see some famous buildings of Macao. They are the modern western styles. And they are so fantastic. In another words, Zhuhai is the most wonderful place in the human land. It enjoys the same reputation with the paradise.

最后但并非最不重要的是珠海离澳门很近。如果你站在珠海的海边上，你都可以看到澳门的一些著名的建筑。它们是西方现代化风格。他们真的很棒。换句话说，珠海是人类领土上最棒的地方。它享有和天堂一样的声誉。

With the rapid development of modernization, television becomes a necessity in every house. Recently, a research shows that 95% of children form the habit of watching TV for long hours every day, which makes teachers and parents panic, because watching TV for long hours may have very negative effects on the children.

Undoubtedly, it is high time that parents should help the children to deal with the relation with the TV. Also, children ought to do some creative things like reading, singing, painting, and running instead of sitting in front of the TV all day long.

毫无疑问，父母是时候应该帮助孩子处理好与电视的关系了。同时，孩子们也应该做一些有创意的事情，像阅读，唱歌，绘画，而不是整天坐在电视机前。

In recent years, being a village official has become the first choice of many college graduates. To this phenomenon, different people have different opinions on it.

However, others are against it. In their opinion, if college students work as a village official, they can't apply their professional knowledge that they learn in school. Worse still, they can't meet their parents' aim that lives a comfortable life in the major city.

然而，另一些人则是持反对态度。在他们觉得如果大学生做村官，他们不能学以致用。更糟的是，他们不能满足他们父母希望他们舒适的生活在大城市中的期待。

As far as I'm concerned, I consider working as a village official is worth promoting. It's feasible that some graduates may employ the job as a spring-board in order to receive the favorable treatment. With the participation of so many college students, we have reasons to believe that it will not take unduly long to realize the blueprint of constructing new village jobs for graduates.

我认为做村官是值得的。为了得到可观的待遇，一些毕业生把这当成是一个跳板也是可行的。有了那么多大学生的参与，我们有理由相信对于大学生来说构建新农村的蓝图并不是夸大的。

As far as I am concerned, it dose harm to stay indoors for a long period .We ought to enjoy the beautiful scenery outside and talking with people .We can stay indoors once in a while to dispute our assignment .Though with the widespread of the Internet, we can almost do everything at home, we have to enjoy our outdoor lives.

我认为呆在室内时间过长是有害的。我们应该欣赏外面美丽的风景并与人交谈。我们可以偶尔呆在室内，从我们的任务中休息一下。虽然随着互联网的普及，我们在家几乎可以做所有的事情，但是我们得要欣赏我们的户外生活。
